                              New Business Update

MediaZest, the creative audio-visual company, is pleased to provide
shareholders with a update on new business confirmed for delivery in the
calendar year 2015.

The Group has continued to execute its strategy as set out previously, namely:

  * Maximise opportunities by focussing the Group's marketing and sales efforts
    to acquire and develop business with large scale customers with potential
    of rolling out digital signage in multiple locations;

  * Improve the Group's recurring revenue streams through different managed
    service offerings;

  * Develop proprietary products such as MediaZest Retail Analytics which can
    generate intellectual property on the balance sheet and provide ongoing
    revenue streams;

  * Market the Group's `one stop shop' positioning to a wide range of global
    retailers in conjunction with existing partners.

Progress on all these fronts has been made in the first quarter of calendar
year 2015.

Sales and New customers

Following successful projects in 2014, ongoing work continues with clients such
as Samsung, Kuoni, HMV, Churchill Retirement Homes, ETC Venues, Belstaff and
Hyundai / Rockar.

The education sector continues to be well represented with delivery of a large
multi-room installation project at University of London continuing and expected
to complete in April 2015 with a project value of in excess of £150,000. Other
orders from key clients in this sector total nearly £200,000.

The deployment of the Hyundai / Rockar innovative showroom in Bluewater is
leading to a number of additional opportunities with both parties. Some of
these are ongoing revenue streams bringing additional work in the first four
months of 2015. The Board believe that this project will ultimately generate
further substantial revenues for the Group with both clients in the first half
of the Group's financial year ending 31 March 2016 and beyond.

The Group has continued to work with Pfizer providing marketing services at
events around the globe. Recent successful events have been delivered in Turin,
New York, Berlin, Dublin and Las Vegas, with MediaZest technology and support
at each. More events are to follow, including UK based activity, starting in
April.

Over the past 18 months, the Group has invested considerable time and effort to
develop an opportunity with one of the UK's largest retailers. Following a
successful concept store project in Summer 2014, this has now led to an
opportunity to demonstrate how MediaZest can use technology to transform and
improve customer journey and experience in the retail store. Deployment will
include the Company's full managed service offering and, subject to successful
performance, could lead to extremely large additional opportunities for the
Group over an extended period of time. Due to client confidentiality about the
project, the Company has been asked not to reveal details until it is formally
released into the public domain. The Group expects to be in a position to
reveal further details of this project when it is launched later this quarter.

Brand new clients in the period include Ted Baker, American Eagle, The Mall and
Acuvue with several additional new customers expected to be confirmed in the
next quarter from existing pipeline opportunities.

Total initial revenues generated from just the aforementioned projects alone
total almost £1million of new work recognised in calendar year 2015 with
ongoing or additional projects for many of them already confirmed for later in
that year. Approximately 60% of the revenue from these new wins is expected to
be recognised in the financial year beginning 1 April 2015.

Recurring Revenue Streams and MediaZest Retail Analytics

To increase recurring revenue streams, the Group has renewed focus and
promotion of its consulting, content management and content creation skills.
Being able to offer this as a managed service, combined with installation,
integration and service and maintenance offerings, has proven successful in
recent weeks, particularly with clients looking to deploy digital signage for
the first time.

The Group continues to promote the Retail Analytics product and with successful
deployment and renewal now achieved it has demonstrated this in the public
domain for the first time, at the Retail Design Expo at the beginning of March
2015.

Now the system has been tested and verified by a client in a live environment,
new customers have been sought. It is the Board's expectation that, given the
nature of this work, some clients will initially trial the system before
committing to projects. Two new clients have already been confirmed to trial
this over the next few months and the Group will report further on progress in
this area in due course.
